Shipments and returns policy

If for any reason you want to return an item that has been delivered and you don’t want you can return it to us.

Our Returns Policy in detail …

We must be informed if your intention to return an item/s within 14 days, starting on the day after you received the item/s.
You may request the returns form by email info@gardenfurniturespain.com giving details of the return.
The cost of returning the items will be met by you.
You must then ensure that the item is received by us within 14 calendar days, starting on the day after you notified us of your intention to return.
Once we have received the item/s we will issue a full refund less any shipping cost that we are charged
All goods must be returned in there original packing or no return can be made

Refunds

How long does the refund take to reach me? Once the process of returning the item/s has been completed we will initiate a refund that should be in your desired account within 14 days, This may be longer if the purchase was via PayPal

What about damaged or faulty goods?

If you feel your purchase is in an unsatisfactory condition when it is delivered then you can refuse the delivery and speak to our Sales Team on this number 0034 965 020 317 to discuss what action is required.

Your Order Has Been Dispatched

In the Event of “any visible damage, regardless of size to the packaging or the product, is to be noted on the delivery note and where possible, photos were taken on goods as received” (and not after unpacking.) This is in the event there is any damage to your order, if this does not comply with our transport companies insurers will not cover any damage, Please make sure your agents are aware of this.

Through our transport or partners is on a doorstep kerbside shipment basis​, Where access is available for a pallet truck Or our vehicle we will ​
​place this in your driveway/garage space​, Our transport deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 9.00 and 19.00
If you are unable to receive the delivery in person we are happy to deliver to a representative or key holder who can sign on your behalf.
unpacking and waste removal if required please just ask for a price as we try to accommodate all customer requests for this service if available in your area.
